Sorry, once again, to miss what looks like another fine event with which you are associated. I have long liked Pattiann’s work and very much enjoyed the one workshop of hers I attended (at Poetry West). Keep on keepin’ on.

I’ll definitely TRY to connect here! 30 years ago, Pattiann wrote me the kindest blurb (my wife prefers “endorsement”) for my second book of poems, “The Haunting Familiarity of Things” (little noted effort published by a very little press in Connecticut, now defunct, alas). I think I read ALL of her books, at least up to a point–fascinating poet. She was a Distinguished Visiting Writer here at the U. of Idaho.
