    Late to the party, but yes, what a fine poem, fine reading of it and pleasure doubled by knowing it was one of those gifts, so rare to appear.

    Thanks, everyone, for your kind and generous comments. As for the audio, I’m always struck by how different my voice sounds in my head than “out in the world.” Glad it doesn’t seem a disservice to the poem, which was one of those “given” things. Always a pleasure when those kind arrive….
