    Where I live — on the side of a rocky mountain slope with soil that barely sustains bunch grass — we’re lucky to scratch up some herbs over the course of a summer. (Sage, thyme, basil…) Nights too cold for tomatoes to ripen, ever, and then of course the deer, who enjoy every flower we’ve ever planted except lamb’s ear….

    Pants, trees, bushes, vines<BR/>are real they bring pleasure<BR/>without expecting anything in<BR/>return.<BR/><BR/>Do you practice some kind of<BR/>horticulture?
