Oh, I second this emotion! I'm a yoga teacher, and I often find this with my students in my practice. Sometimes, when we flex and stretch those infrequent joints, we find hidden emotions, hidden sentiment, that we didn't know was there. If we're lucky, it is from this catharsis that we are able to draw strength.
